银杏内生真菌研究进展

Advances of Endophyte Associated with Ginkgo biloba

摘要: 植物内生真菌拥有特殊的生态环境、代谢途径和生物活性,是结构新颖、活性多样的天然产物的重要来源。为了了解银杏内生真菌的潜在应用价值,本研究归纳了银杏内生真菌的生物多样性、次生代谢产物多样性和生物活性,并提出了对其进行进一步研究时的策略和建议。以期为进一步开发利用银杏内生真菌提供参考。

Abstract: Endophytic fungi’s specific ecology, metabolism and bioactivities make themselves as an important treasure for structurally novel and bioactive natural products. In order to understand the potential application value of endophytic fungi associated with Ginkgo biloba, recent advances on the biodiversity, metabolites and bioactive of endophyte associated with G. biloba were summarized. Some strategies and recommendations for future research of G. biloba endophyte were put forward, it was hoped to provide some references to the resource exploitations of the endophytic fungi associated with G. biloba.
