千里光超微粉对仔猪生长性能、部分血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Ultra-Fine Powder of Senecio Scandens on Growth Performance and Partial Serum Biochemical Indices in Piglet

摘要: 为研究日粮中添加千里光超微粉对仔猪生长性能和部分血清生化指标的影响,选取体重为10 kg左右的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪90头,按随机区组设计、公母各半的原则,将仔猪分成5个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组饲喂添加75 mg/kg金霉素和20 mg/kg硫酸粘杆菌素的日粮,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别饲喂添加0.4%、0.8%、1.2%千里光超微粉的日粮。试验期为30天。结果发现,添加千里光超微粉能提高仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量,降低料肉比,其中添加0.8%的千里光超微粉能显著提高仔猪的平均日增重(P<0.05)、显著降低料肉比(P<0.05),且与Ⅱ组的效果相当(P>0.05);添加千里光超微粉能在一定程度上提高血清GLU、TG、T3、T4、IGF-I含量,降低血清BUN含量,其中添加0.8%的千里光超微粉能显著提高血清T3、IGF-I的含量(P<0.05),显著降低BUN含量(P<0.05)。表明仔猪日粮中添加0.8%的千里光超微粉能显著提高仔猪平均日增重和血清T3、IGF-I含量,显著降低料肉比和血清BUN含量,改善仔猪的生长性能。

Abstract: To study the effects of ultra-fine powder of Senecio scandens on growth performance and some serum biochemical indices in piglets, 90 pigs (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) were selected at an initial body weight about 10.0 kg, with randomized block design and male and female account for half respectively. The piglets were divided into 5 groups, each group contained 3 pens and each pen contained 6 piglets. The piglets in groupⅠwere fed with basic diet, 75 mg/kg chlortetracycline and 20 mg/kg colistin sulfate were added in basic diet for groupⅡ, and 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2% of ultra-fine powder of S. scandens were supplemented in basic diet for groupⅢ, groupⅣand groupⅤ, respectively. The piglets were raised for 30 days. The results showed that adding ultra-fine powder of S. scandens increased the average daily gain and the average daily feed intake and reduced the ratio of feed and meat, among which the addition of 0.8% of the ultra-fine powder significantly increased the average daily gain (P<0.05) and reduced the ratio of feed and meat (P>0.05), without difference between groupⅡand groupⅣ(P>0.05). Adding ultra-fine powder of S. scandens improved serum GLU, TG, T3, T4, IGF-I levels and reduced the level of serum BUN, among which the addition of 0.8% of the ultra-fine powder significantly increased the levels of serum T3 and IGF-I (P<0.05), and significantly reduced the concentration of serum BUN (P<0.05). In conclusion, adding 0.8% of the ultra-fine powder of S. scandens markedly improved the growth performance of the piglet and significantly increased the average daily gain, the levels of serum T3 and IGF-I, but significantly reduced the ratio of feed and meat and the concentration of serum BUN.
