二次发酵提取茶皂素的方法研究

Method of Abstracting Tea-saponin with Secondany Fermemtation

摘要: 为提取饼粕中的茶皂素,根据饼粕中含有较多糖类物质的特点,对饼粕进行酒精发酵研究。结果表明:采用二次发酵法,可以成功地促进饼粕的酒精发酵,每百克饼粕因酒精发酵而被消耗12.58 g 糖类物质;茶皂素的提取率达80%左右,且粗提茶皂素纯度高,可以达到62.37%;玉米粉与饼粕的配比为1:1.5较为合适;浓缩能耗低,初提液茶皂素浓度可达78.26 mg/mL。

Abstract: Alcohol fermentation was carried out to extract tea-saponin based on the feature that there are a lot of saccharides substances in tea cake. The result showed that secondary fermentation could successfully promote alcohol fermentation. 12.58 g carbohydrate per 100 g cake was consumed during alcohol fermentation. The extraction percentage could reach 80%, and the purity of crude extraction could achieve 62.37%. It was appropriate when the proportioning of corn meal and cake was 1:1.5. The energy consumption of concentration was low. The concentration of tea-saponin in original extracts was 78.26 mg/mL.
