温度和不同激素及其浓度和浸种时间对美人蕉种子萌发的影响

Effects of Temperature and Different Plant Growth Regulators and Presoaking Time on Seeds Germination of Canna indica

摘要: 为了探索美人蕉种子萌发的影响因素,从而提高种子萌发率和发芽势,为生产实践提供科学指导,笔者研究了赤霉素(GA3)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)3种不同植物激素及其不同浓度,以及浸种时间和温度因素对美人蕉种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明:温度是制约美人蕉种子萌发的首要因素,其最适的发芽温度为25℃。用0.02%的NAA浸种24 h,在25℃时的发芽率最高,达73.3%。硫酸处理之后,低浓度的IAA、NAA或者GA3浸种12 h就可明显促进种子萌发,其中以0.02%的NAA浸种24 h后,在25℃条件下的发芽率最高,为73.3%。

Abstract: In order to give a better understanding the factors which influenced the seeds germination and to optimize the germination system, the effects of different plant growth regulators with different concentration, as well as different soaking time and temperature on seeds germination were conducted. The results showed that temperature was the crucial factor dominating germination, and the optimal temperature was 25℃. The highest germination rate of 73.3% was achieved after soaking in 0.02% NAA for 24 h and cultivated under 25℃. Soaking in low concentration of IAA, NAA or GA3 for 12 h could highly enhance the germination rate.
