苹果矮砧Y-B094 杂交F1代矮化及促花果性能分离变异特征分析

摘要: 为研究苹果矮砧杂交F1代矮化及促花果性能的分离变异特征,选育综合性状优良的苹果矮砧新品种,对苹果矮砧Y-B094杂交F1代进行品种嫁接,调查分析了嫁接植株10个指标的分离变异特征及其相关性,并对嫁接植株群体进行了分类。结果表明:苹果矮化砧木Y-B094杂交F1代在调查的10个性状上均存在着很大的良种选择潜力;株高属于数量遗传,其他调查性状均属于质量遗传;株高与主枝上的顶花芽个数呈极显著负相关,与主枝上的顶花芽形成的果实个数相关性不显著,与其他调查性状均呈显著或极显著正相关;根据聚类分析,把苹果矮化砧木Y-B094杂交F1代划分为3类。矮化性能指标可作为苹果矮砧丰产性早期选择的参考指标;把第2类植株作为进一步选育的群体,129号株作为重点考察选育的优株。

Abstract: To improve apple dwarf stock breeds and study dissociation characteristics on dwarfing performance and performance of promoting flower and fruit, cultivar plants were grafted on hybridization F1 generation plant from apple dwarf stock Y-B094, dissociation characteristics and correlation of the 10 character indexes were investigated and analyzed, and the grafted plants were classified. The results showed that the investigated 10 character indexes of hybridization F1 generation from apple dwarf stock Y-B094 had greatly improved variety selection potential. Height was quantitative inheritance, the other characters were qualitative inheritance. There was highly significant negative correlation between height and flower number from terminal bud on main branch. But correlation between height and fruit number from terminal bud number on main branch was not significant. Height had highly significant or significant positive correlation with other characters. Hybridization F1 generation from apple dwarf stock Y-B094 was divided into 3 classes by clustering analysis. Dwarfing property indexes could be reference indexes of apple dwarf stock prolificacy in the early stage. Plants of the second class should be further selected, 129#plant could be further investigated and selected as emphasis.
