茄子褐纹病的研究现状与展望

摘要: 褐纹病是茄子生产中的重大病害,其病原菌能够侵染几乎所有的茄子及其近缘属植物。随着其在全球范围内的传播,该病已是近年来茄子生产和研究受到普遍关注的热点。目前国际上关于褐纹病的研究总体还较少,本研究主要回顾和总结了国内外茄子褐纹病的研究概况,对病原菌的形态、分类地位及其生物学特性、传播方式及环境条件、发病症状、抗性遗传及抗病机制、分级标准和综合防治进行了综述。同时探讨了目前关于该病害研究所存在的问题及研究方向,认为全国范围内开展褐纹病菌的分离及利用分子生物学方法开展鉴定、抗源材料的筛选利用及抗病基因的定位和分离是解决茄子褐纹病危害的主要研究方向,以期为褐纹病研究提供理论基础。

Abstract: Phomopsis vexans is one of the most devastating disease of eggplant. Almost all known eggplant and their closely related genera can be infected by the fungi. Phomopsis vexans has been a hot topic of eggplant researches since the disease was discovered in America. So far, there were not so many researches on this disease. The author reviewed and presented the general research progress of this disease. The pathogen with its taxonomy, the biological characters, the disease cycle, the infection mechanisms, the symptoms, disease epidemics, disease index and integrated control of this disease were described. It also pointed out the existed problems and proposed the research directions. The authors believed that isolation of Phomopsis vexans across the country and identification it with molecular methods, screening and evaluation eggplant germplasm for resistance to the disease, isolation and localization resistance gene would be the developing direction of eggplant breeding for resistance to Phomopsis vexans. This would provide a theoretical basis for integrated control of this disease.
