不同溶剂提取菌草竹荪抑菌活性物质的初步研究

摘要: 以菌草竹荪7种不同溶剂的提取物为供试药剂,采用琼脂平板打孔法测定其对啤酒酵母 (Sac-charomyces cerevisiae)、黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subilis)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)的抑制作用,以期探索提取菌草竹荪抑菌活性物质的最佳溶剂。结果表明,菌草竹荪2种不同溶剂的提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌都有较强的抑制作用,其中甲醇提取物的抑菌活性相对较强,抑菌圈直径可达38.56 mm,乙酸乙酯提取物次之,抑菌直径为31.66 mm。鉴于不同溶剂提取物的提取效率和抑菌效果的高低,乙酸乙酯为提取菌草竹荪抑菌活性物质的最佳溶剂。

Abstract: The antimicrobial activity of the extracts from Dictyophora indusial by 7 different solvents was tested with Sac-charomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus niger, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subilis, Staphylococcus aureus, to explore the optimal extraction solvent. The results showed that Dictyophora indusial extracts by 2 solvents had bioactive substances to restrain the growth of Bacillus subilis hypha, and the antimicrobial activity of methanol extract was relatively strong, with the inhibition diameter against Bacillus subilis about 38.56 mm, followed by the ethyl acetate extracts, with the inhibition diameter about 31.66 mm. In view of the high and low extraction efficiency and antimicrobial activity in different solvents, the best one to extract antimicrobial activity substance from Dictyophora indusial was ethyl acetate.
