中国黄瓜雌性系研究进展

Research Progress on Cucumber Gynoecious Inbred Line in China

摘要:

为给中国黄瓜雌性系的深入研究提供完善、系统的理论依据,推动黄瓜育种改良工作的进一步发展,笔者归纳和总结了中国自展开雌性系研究以来对于雌性系诱雄方法、分子标记在雌性系材料选育上的应用、雌性系的基因研究以及雌性系在黄瓜育种上的利用等几个方向的研究成果。分析表明中国在这几方面的研究虽均有涉猎,但因基础研究薄弱、种质资源遗传范围狭小等限制,研究的均不深入,多处于起步阶段,因而中国该方向的研究还有待加强。此文同时也为今后雌性系的研究提供了方向性的指导意见。

Abstract: To provide thorough and systematic theoretical basis for further study on gynoecious inbred line of Chinese cucumber and promote further development of cucumber breeding, the author summarized several research results such as the application of inducing male flower and molecular marker in breeding of gynoecious inbred line material, genomics research of gynoecious inbred line and the use of gynoecious inbred line in cucumber breeding since China had carried out the research of gynoecious inbred line. The analysis showed that China was engaged in the above aspects, but owing to the weak basic research and narrow scope of genetic germplasm resources, such researches were not deep, and most of them were in the beginning stages. Therefore, such researches should be strengthened in China. Meanwhile, this paper provided directional guidance for future study on gynoecious inbred line.
