菏泽市农村低碳社区可循环再生资源评估

Evaluation of Renewable Resources in Rural Low Carbon Community of Heze

(1Observation Station of Heze Meteorological Administration, Heze Shandong 274000;2Observation Station of Shandong Meteorological Administration, Jinan 271001)Abstract: The author reported the renewable resources of Heze city in the rural community construction, and put forward the suggestions for low carbon community construction. Some conclusions and suggestions were as follows: (1) the average annual solar radiation was 5388.9 MJ/m2, and the amount of solar energy in a 10000 m2 low carbon community could be 1.62×106 MJ with energy payback ratio of 0.3, which equal to 55 t standard coal, and the main facilities suitable for solar applications were solar photovoltaic and photo-thermal equipment; (2) the wind power densities were 12、21、56、75 W/m2 at the height of 10、30、50、80 m, respectively; wind power density belonged to one level, which suggested that wind energy development should be rationally designed after considering special landform instead of development in large scale, or new energy equipment such as wind solar street light should be applied; (3) the amount of average annual rainfall was 621.4 mm, the average annual precipitation days were 73.2 days and the average rainfall intensity was 8.5 mm/d, the value of the collection and utilization was obvious, the rainfall runoff coefficient was 0.4~0.5 and the flow runoff coefficient was 0.5~0.6. Most of the construction land in Heze was clay, and the permeability coefficient was <5.7×10-8.

摘要: 笔者报告了菏泽市农村社区建设中的可循环资源量,并对低碳社区提出了建议,得出结论与建议:(1)菏泽市每年能够为农村社区提供稳定的太阳辐射能源5388.9 MJ/m2,将农村社区太阳能开发可利用系数设定为0.3,那么一个在建10000 m2的低碳农村社区可开发的太阳能源储量为:1.62×106 MJ,减碳潜力折合为标准煤55 t,适合太阳能应用的主要设施为太阳能光伏、光热设备。(2)10、30、50、80 m高度能够提供的风功率密度分别为12、21、56、75 W/m2,风功率密度都属于1 级,因此,菏泽农村社区建设过程中风能源不建议大规模开发,需考虑特殊地形后合理设计开发,或者采用风光互补路灯等新能源设备。(3)菏泽年平均降水量621.4 mm,年平均降水日数73.2 天,平均降水强度为8.5 mm/d,在农村社区建设过程中雨量收集利用价值明显,农村社区的雨量径流系数为0.4~0.5,流量径流系数为0.5~0.6,菏泽市农村建设用地多为黏土性质,渗透系数<5.7×10-8。

Abstract: Report the renewable resources of Heze city in the rural community construction,and Put forward the Suggestions for Low carbon community construction. Some constructive conclusions and suggestions are presented from the analysis results:(1)The average annual solar irradiation in all counties of Heze studied is 5388.9MJ/m2;and the amount of photovoltaic solar energy in a 10000m2 of low carbon community could be 1.62x106MJ with energy payback ratio of 0.3,which is equal to 55 tons of standard coal,the main facilities suitable for solar applications is solar photovoltaic and thermal equipments.(2)The wind power density at the height of 10m,30m,50m and 80m in Heze are 12w/m2、21 w/m2、56 w/m2、75 w/m2,respectively.And the grade of wind power density is one level, which suggests that the cost-effective ratio of developing wind power is low, or choose the scenery complementary street lamps and other new energy equipment. So appropriate development after consideration of special situation, not a large scale development of wind power is recommended.(3) The average annual rainfall is 621.4mm , The average annual precipitation is 73.2 days, the average rainfall intensity is 8.5㎜ / d, the value is obvious , the rainfall runoff coefficient is 0. 4 ~ 0.5, the flow runoff coefficient is 0.5 ~ 0.6, the permeability coefficient is less than 5.7 * 10 -8.
