污泥-营养土联合堆肥中钾细菌接种模式研究

Study on K-releasing Bacteria’s Inoculation Mode in Co-composting of Residual Sludge and Nutrient Soil

摘要: 为探索污水厂剩余污泥和生活垃圾RD湿解营养土的联合资源化途径,利用两者作为堆肥物料,并添加钾长石粉和接种钾细菌进行了中温堆肥试验,研究2种接种模式(I、II)对堆肥体系钾、磷活性等的影响。结果表明:(1)液体分批培养试验证明从土壤中分离的钾细菌具有分解钾长石粉中的不溶钾为可溶钾的能力,其解钾速率为9.20 μg/h,解钾率达7.83%;且钾细菌第8 h开始产生芽孢,32 h芽孢最多;(2)堆肥进行15天后,模式I体系总钾和总磷略有提高,速效钾和速效磷含量分别比未接种对照(CK)提高了97.75%和19.77%;(3)模式I和模式II的最高发酵温度分别出现在第5天和第7天,比对照高出5℃和3℃;(4)接种钾细菌对堆肥体有一定减毒作用,特别是模式I减毒效果较好;(5)堆肥后体系内钾细菌密度增长明显,其中,模式I比对照增加了105.42%,模式II增加了8.81%。总体上,接种有利于堆肥,经加权评价,2种接种模式评价值分别为0.57和0.29,模式I总体优于模式II。

Abstract: In order to explore the united recycling approach of RD wet thermal decomposition of residual sludge and household garbage in sewage plant, the author used these 2 kinds of garbage as compost material, and conducted moderate temperature composting experiment added with potassium feldspar powder and K-releasing bacteria, studied potassium and phosphorous activity in 2 kinds of inoculation modes (I, II) compost system. The results showed that: (1) K-releasing bacteria separated from soil could convert insoluble potassium into soluble K in potassium feldspar powder in liquid batch culture experiment, the converting rate was 9.20 μg/h and K decomposing ratio was 7.83%; spores appeared after 8 h and reached culmination after 32 h; (2) after 15 d composting, the content of total phosphorus(TP) and total potassium(TK) of Mode I increased slightly, the content of available potassium (AK) and available phosphorus (AP) were 97.75% and 19.77% higher than that of CK; (3) the highest fermentation temperature of 2 modes appeared after 5 d and 7 d, and 5℃ and 3℃ higher than that of CK, respectively; (4) the inoculation of K-releasing bacteria had a toxic attenuated effect, especially Mode I; (5) compared with CK, the K-releasing bacteria densities of 2 fermentation products increased by 105.42% and 8.81%, respectively. In total, the inoculation of K-releasing bacteria was beneficial to compost. After weighting evaluation, the evaluation value of 2 modes was 0.57 and 0.29, Mode I was better than Mode II.
