Dynamic Evaluation of Resource-Environment Carrying Capacity Based on Fuzzy Matter Element in Chongqing City

摘要: 通过对重庆市资源环境承载力进行综合评价,为重庆市有效保护生态环境和可持续发展政策的制定等提供决策依据。从资源环境支撑系统、资源环境经济系统、资源环境耗散系统、资源环境保育系统4个维度构建资源环境承载力评价指标体系,运用模糊物元模型对2002—2013年重庆市资源环境承载力进行评价分析。评价结果表明,2002—2013年重庆市资源环境承载力水平总体上呈上升趋势,社会经济发展与资源环境保护不断协调,区域可持续发展水平不断提高。该结果为重庆市资源环境开发、保护和可持续发展政策的制定提供了依据。

Abstract: To provide policy basis for effectively protecting the ecological environment and sustainable development of Chongqing City, resource-environment carrying capacity was evaluated comprehensively. Based on the supporting system, economic system, dissipative system and conservation system of resources and environment, the indicator system of resource-environment carrying capacity was built. Then resource-environment carrying capacity from 2002 to 2013 in Chongqing City was evaluated and analyzed by the method of fuzzy matter element. The results showed that the resource-environment carrying capacity from 2002 to 2013 in Chongqing City presented an upward trend, and the protection of resources and environment was coordinated with social-economic development. The sustainable development was becoming optimized. The results provide the policy basis for protecting the resource-environment and sustainable development of Chongqing City.
