2,4-滴丁酯对谷子生长形态指标的影响

Effects of 2,4-butyl Herbicides on Growing Morphology Indexes of Millet

摘要: 为探明谷子生产中应用除草剂2,4-滴丁酯防除双子叶杂草的同时对谷子生长的影响程度,选择几个当地主栽品种,在喷施除草剂2,4-滴丁酯之后,对谷子的生长发育动态、生物学产量,形态指标等进行研究。结果得出:3~5叶期喷施开始至生长70天止,除草剂2,4-滴丁酯对谷子不同品种生长形态指标的影响一直存在,对根数、穗长和叶片数的影响略小,对其他指标影响较大。在不同的生长发育时期调查,对生长形态指标的影响也不同,幼苗期受影响大的是根数和株高,抽穗前期受影响大的依次是风干重、侧根长、鲜重和株高,成熟期受影响大的依次是鲜重、风干重、侧根长和株高。不同品种在不同时期对2,4-滴丁酯的耐药性表现各不相同,在一定的施用浓度下水地品种表现敏感,旱地品种比较迟钝。2个处理浓度(750 mL/hm2,450 mL/hm2)在收获期对生长指标的影响无差异。以上说明谷子受2,4-滴丁酯的药害,推迟了生长,但数没有变化,量化指标受影响较大,表现为生物学产量轻、植株低。因此在使用此除草剂时,应该充分考虑投入产出比,建议慎用。

Abstract: To explore the influence of 2,4-D butyl ester herbicide on the growth of millet, this study selected a few local cultivars to study the growing dynamics, biological yield, morphological indexes of millet after being sprayed with herbicide 2,4-D butyl ester. The results showed that starting from the 3-5 leaves, the herbicide was sprayed for 70 days. The herbicide had consistent influence on growing morphological indexes of different varieties of millet, the effect on root number, spike length and number of leaves was slight, while that on other indicators was somewhat greater. Investigation at different growth stages had different effects on growing morphology index. At seedling stage, the number of roots and plant height were greatly affected; at early stage of heading, dry weight, lateral root length, fresh weight and plant height were significantly affected; during mature period, fresh and dry weight, lateral root length, and plant height were heavily affected. The resistance on 2,4-butyl ester herbicides was different from different varieties at different times. Varieties for water land were sensitive while varieties for dry land was dull in a certain concentration of application. There was no difference between the two concentrations (750 mL/hm2, 450 mL/hm2) on growth index at harvest period. The results showed that the growth of millet was delayed by the phytotoxicity of 2,4-D butylate ester, but the number did not change, the quantitative indicators were affected obviously, which indicated that biological production and the height of the plants decreased. So we should fully consider the input-output ratio and be careful with this herbicide.
