微生物菌肥对普陀樟、红楠2个树种苗木生长及养分状况的影响

Microbial Fertilizer: Effect on Growth and Nutrient Status of Cinnamomum japonicum var. chenii and Machilus thunbergii

摘要: 为了增强海岛特色树种苗木抗逆性,提高海岛困难地造林成活率,以普陀樟、红楠容器苗为材料,研究不同菌肥及用量对苗木生长、生物量和养分状况的影响。结果表明:不同菌肥及用量通常对普陀樟生长和生物量的积累无明显作用,但可显著促进红楠的高、径生长和生物量的积累,其中应用40、60 g/盆百欧盖恩微生物菌肥,高、径生长量分别提高36.39%、33.76%和17.63%、15.40%,总生物量增加57.04%、56.50%,仅应用含N量较高的菌肥时明显抑制两者生长。菌肥的使用通常有利于促进N、P在普陀樟根、茎的积累,且能较大幅度地提升N、P、K在红楠植株各部位的积累,其中普陀樟应用20、40 g/盆百欧盖恩微生物菌肥,根上的N浓度分别增加13.87%、17.65%,茎、根上的P浓度分别增加13.39%、12.60%和27.29%、11.48%,含量的变化趋势与浓度基本一致;红楠应用40、60 g/盆百欧盖恩微生物菌肥,根上的N浓度分别增加10.53%、27.32%,P浓度分别大幅增加47.78%、70.82%,K浓度分别增加24.74%、35.99%,含量大幅上升。

Abstract: The paper aims to enhance stress resistance of seedlings and improve the survival rate of afforestation in difficult sites of island. The effect of microbial fertilizer on seedling growth, biomass and nutrient status of Cinnamomum japonicum var. chenii and Machilus thunbergii were studied by using different kinds and amounts of microbial fertilizer. The results showed that: there was no obvious effect on the growth and biomass accumulation of C. japonicum var. chenii by using different kinds and amounts of microbial fertilizer, but microbial fertilizer could significantly improve the height, diameter and biomass accumulation of M. thunbergii, among them, the growth of height increased by 36.39% and 33.76%, the growth of diameter increased by 17.63% and 15.40%, the total biomass increased by 57.04% and 56.50% by using 40 g and 60 g per pot of bio-gain microbial fertilizer, and the growth of the two species was significantly inhibited by only using high N concentration microbial fertilizer. Microbial fertilizer was beneficial to improve the accumulation of N and P in roots and stems of C. japonicum var. chenii, and substantially enhanced the accumulation of N, P and K of M. thunbergii. The N concentration in roots of C. japonicum var. chenii respectively increased by 13.87% and 17.65%, by using 20 g and 40 g per pot of bio-gain microbial fertilizer, and P concentration in stems respectively increased by 13.39% and 12.60%, while respectively increasing by 27.29% and 11.48% in roots, the trends were consistent between the content change of N, P, K and the concentration of microbial fertilizer; the N concentration in roots of M. thunbergii respectively increased by 10.53% and 27.32% by using 40 g and 60 g per pot of bio-gain microbial fertilizer, and P concentration respectively increased by 47.78% and 70.82%, and K concentration respectively increased by 24.74% and 35.99%. Therefore, the content increased significantly.
