超声波辅助溶剂法提取金线莲总黄酮工艺优化

Technique Optimization for Extracting Total Flavonoids in Anoectochilus Roxburghii by Ultrasonic-Assisted Solvent

摘要: 旨在研究金线莲总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。采用超声波辅助溶剂法,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法优化了金线莲总黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明:当金线莲颗粒度为100 目、乙醇体积分数为40%、料液比为1:40(mg:mL)、超声波功率为250 W、超声波时间为30 min 时,所得金线莲总黄酮提取率为2.13%。超声波辅助溶剂法强化了金线莲总黄酮的提取效果。

Abstract: This paper aims at studying the optimum extraction condition of total flavonoids in Anoectochilus roxburghii. By taking ultrasonic-assisted extraction technique, based on the single factor test, the extraction conditions of total flavonoids in Anoectochilus roxburghii were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the extraction rate of total flavonoids in Anoectochilus roxburghii was 2.13% at the condition of Anoectochilus roxburghii grain size of 100 mesh, the alcohol volume fraction of 40%, the ratio of solid to liquid of 1:40 (mg:mL), ultrasonic power of 250 W, ultrasonic time of 30 min. The extraction effect of total flavonoids in Anoectochilus roxburghii was strengthened by using ultrasonic-assisted extraction technique.
