安徽葡萄清洁生产发展现状与对策

Development Situation and Countermeasures of the Cleaner Production of Grape in Anhui

摘要: 为促进葡萄清洁生产发展,采用实例访问、案例调查和文献检索方法,从葡萄生产过程中的水肥药管理、葡萄废弃物循环利用、尾水生态拦截以及葡萄的保质提质技术等方面综述安徽葡萄清洁生产现状、存在的问题以及葡萄清洁生产的主要措施。提出以葡萄为主产业的“家禽-沼-葡萄”、“家畜-沼-葡萄”和“食用菌-沼-葡萄”生态循环发展的模式,并对安徽葡萄生产可持续发展提出以下建议和方向:(1)加强葡萄清洁生产的宣传、培训和示范工作;(2)加强葡萄清洁生产技术的研究;(3)加强葡萄采摘后保鲜技术和其后续深加工研究与应用;(4)加强葡萄生产的机械化程度和园区的智能物联管理。

Abstract: To promote the cleaner production development of grape, by employing the methods of field survey, case study and literature retrieval, this review summarized the situation, problems and main measures of the cleaner production development of grape in Anhui from the aspects of water, fertilizer and pesticide management, waste recycling, ecological ditch system for intercepting tail water, and grape quality maintenance and improvement technology. The model of “poultry-biogas-grape”,“livestock-biogas-grape”and“edible mushrooms-biogas-grape”ecological circulation development was put forward. Some recommendations and directions for the grape sustainable development in Anhui were proposed: (1) to strengthen publicity, training and exemplary work of cleaner production of grape; (2) to strengthen cleaner production technology research of grape; (3) to strengthen research and application of preservation technology and downstream processing of grape; (4) to strengthen the level of mechanization of grape production and network intelligence management of grapery.
