中药鱼腥草注射液鸡胚接种抗新城疫病毒的研究

Houttuynia cordata Extract against Newcastle Disease Virus in SPF Chick Embryo

摘要: 用鸡胚培养法和血凝试验,测定了鱼腥草对鸡新城疫病毒的抑制作用。试验共分为4组,第1组接种病毒尿囊液与中药鱼腥草混合液,HA滴度0。第Ⅱ组接种新城疫病毒尿囊液与盐酸金刚烷胺混合液,HA滴度5 log2。第Ⅲ组接种新城疫病毒尿囊液与生理盐水混合液,HA滴度9log2。第Ⅳ组不接种病毒尿囊液,不给药,HA滴度0。试验结果表明:鱼腥草对鸡胚无毒性作用;鱼腥草与病毒同时接种鸡胚,能完全抑制鸡新城疫病毒在鸡胚中的增殖。

Abstract: To study whether the traditional Chinese herb medicine Houttuynia cordata can inhibit the proliferation of Newcastle disease virus, we applied chick embryo culture and hemagglutination test. The experiment was divided into four groups, the embryos in group Ⅰ were inoculated with the allantoic fluid containing virus and H. cordata extract, those in group Ⅱ were inoculated with the allantoic fluid containing virus and amantadine hydrochloride, those in group Ⅲ were inoculated with the allantoic fluid containing virus and normal saline mixture, and those in group Ⅳ were not inoculated with virus or drug. The results showed that the titer of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ was 0, 5 log2, 9 log2, and 0, respectively, indicating that H. cordata extract had no toxic effect on chick embryo, and could completely inhibit the proliferation of Newcastle disease virus in chick embryo.
