氮对扶芳藤光合作用及电导率、MDA含量影响的研究

Effect of Nitrogen on Photosynthesis, Conductivity and MDA Content of Euonymus fortunei

摘要: 试验研究不同氮肥施用量对扶芳藤光合生理特性的影响规律,设置0 g/株(N1,对照)、6 g/株(N2)、12 g/株(N3)、18 g/株(N4)、24 g/株(N5)5 个处理,3 次重复,旨在为培育优质壮苗提供理论依据。结果表明:施氮可以提高扶芳藤的净光合速率,8 月N4 比对照提高了132.28%,差异显著;气孔导度N4、N5分别比对照提高了156.26%、138.95%,差异显著;蒸腾速率N4 比对照提高了102.18%,差异显著,N5 低于N4 处理0.10 μmol/(m2 ·s),无显著差异;胞间CO2浓度N4 比对照降低了56.85%,差异显著;电导率在8月最高,其中N4 比对照降低了28.22%,差异显著,N2 与对照之间无显著差异;各施肥处理的MDA含量均低于对照,其中8月N4比对照降低了59.62%,差异显著。综合以上结果,认为N4处理效果最佳。

Abstract: The study aims to clarify the effect of different nitrogen fertilizer amounts onEuonymus fortunei photosynthetic characteristics, to provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of high quality seedling. The test set 5 treatments as N1 (0 g/plant), N2 (6 g/plant), N3 (12 g/plant), N4 (18 g/plant), N5 (24 g/plant) and 3 repeats. The results showed that nitrogen application could improveEuonymus fortunei net photosynthetic rate, which significantly increased by 132.28% from that of the control under N4 in August; stomatal conductance of N4 and N5 increased by 156.26% and 138.95% respectively compared with that of the control, indicating significant difference; the transpiration rate of N4 increased by 102.18% compared with that of the control, indicating significant difference, while the transpiration rate of N5 was lower than that of N4 by 0.10 μmol/(m2·s), with no significant difference; intercellular CO2 concentration of N4 was lower than that of the control by 56.85%, with significant difference; the conductivity was the highest in August, that of N4 was 28.22% lower than the control, with significant difference, while there was no significant difference between the N2 and the control; the MDA content of each fertilizer treatment was lower than that of the control, that of N4 was lower than control by 59.62% in August with significant difference. Therefore, N4 is the best treatment.
