叶丝加料工艺对三类卷烟烟叶原料使用的影响

Cut Strip Casing Technology: Effect on the Utilization of Category Ⅲ Tobacco Leaves

摘要: 为了缓解卷烟工业企业较高等级紧缺烟叶原料使用需求,提高较低等级非紧缺烟叶原料配方使用比例,优化烟叶库存结构,[方法]以三类卷烟为试验材料,将其制丝工艺由传统叶片加料转换为叶丝加料工艺,在叶组配方中增加不同比例较低等级非紧缺烟叶原料使用比例,并针对性地增施不同比例香精,测定和比较制成的卷烟产品质量风格变化。[结果]结果表明,将三类卷烟的制丝工艺由传统叶片加料工艺转换为叶丝加料后,卷烟产品感官质量风格得到强化和提升;在叶组配方中掺入5%比例的较低等级非紧缺烟叶原料制成的卷烟产品感官质量风格保持稳定,但随着叶组配方中较高等级紧缺原料使用比例的降低,较低等级烟叶原料使用比例的增加,卷烟产品感官质量风格呈逐渐弱化和变差的趋势;通过在叶组配方中掺入15%比例的较低等级非紧缺烟叶原料,同时提高香精施加比例的10%,能够使得叶丝加料工艺制成的三类卷烟产品感官质量、物理质量和烟气成分保持稳定,较高等级紧缺烟叶原料使用比例降低13.1%。[结论]因此叶丝加料工艺的应用能够降低卷烟工业企业较高等级紧缺烟叶原料配方使用比例,提高较低等级非紧缺烟叶原料配方使用比例,提高企业经济效益。

Abstract: To alleviate usage demand of the high grade shortage tobacco leaves in cigarette enterprises, improve the blending proportion of the low grade non-shortage tobacco leaves, and optimize tobacco leaves inventory structure, we selected category Ⅲ cigarettes as experimental materials, changed primary cut processing from the traditional strip casing to cut strip casing, increased the proportion of low grade nonshortage tobacco leaves into the tobacco blending and the flavors of different proportions, determined and compared the quality of cigarette products processed by different treatments. The results showed that: the sensory quality and style of category Ⅲ cigarettes was strengthened and improved after primary cut processing changed from the traditional strip casing to cut strip casing, and remained stable when 5% low grade nonshortage tobacco leaves were blended into the formula, but with the high grade shortage tobacco leaves reduced, and the low grade non-shortage tobacco leaves increased, the cigarettes’sensory quality and style gradually weakened and deteriorated; by blending 15% low grade non- shortage tobacco leaves into the formula, and increasing 10% flavors, the sensory quality, physical quality and flue gas components of category Ⅲ cigarettes remained stable, but the usage proportion of high grade shortage tobacco leaves decreased by 13.1%. By applying cut strip casing technology, the cigarette industrial enterprise can reduce the blending proportion of high grade shortage tobacco leaves, improve the blending proportion of low grade non-shortage tobacco leaves, and increase the economic efficiency.
