Research Status and Trends of Soil Fauna Based on Bibliometric Analysis

摘要: 为进一步了解和明确土壤动物的全球现状和研究热点,基于Web of Science平台科学引文索引扩展板(Science Citation Expanded,SCIE)数据库对1986-2016年土壤动物领域的SCI的文献进行计量学分析,探讨此领域的研究重点以及未来的发展趋势。结果表明,在世界范围内发文量总体呈逐年上升的趋势,美国的发文量居第一,中国的发文量其次;中国科学院和美国农业部农业研究所的发文量居世界研究机构的前两位;该领域的主要期刊有Soil Biology Biochemistry、Plos One和Applied Soil Ecology;该领域的研究热点多集中于生多样性、氮素添加、重金属污染以及生态退化等方面。

Abstract: To get further information and clarify the global research status and hotspots of soil fauna, the literatures of SCI on soil fauna during 1986—2016 were studied with bibliometric analysis based on Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE) database from Web of Science. The research priorities and development trend were discussed. Results showed that the number of publications on soil fauna increased year by year. The quantity of published articles from the United States was the maximum among all the countries, those from China ranked the second. In terms of the number of publications, Chinese Academy of Sciences and USDA ARS were the top two of research institutions.“Soil Biology Biochemistry”,“Plos One”and“Applied Soil Ecology”were the leading journals on soil fauna. Biodiversity, nitrogen addition, heavy metal pollution and ecological degradation were the research focus of soil fauna.
