大鳞鲃染色体组型的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Karyotype of Barbus capito

摘要: 为了解大鳞鲃(Barbus capito)的遗传组成,为合理利用其种质资源提供细胞遗传学方面的基础资料,以大鳞鲃(Barbus capito)头肾组织为材料,采用胸腔注射植物血凝激素(PHA)、秋水仙素和空气干燥法,进行染色体组型分析。结果显示:大鳞鲃染色体为100条,核型公式为2n = 16m+36sm+14st+34t,NF=152;初步认为大鳞鲃可能是二倍化了的四倍体,起源于鲃亚科中某些原始类型。

Abstract: To understand the genetic composition of Barbus capito and provide basic data in cytogenetics for appropriate utilization of its germplasm resources, karyotype of B. capito is studied. PHA and colchicine were injected into the head kidney and the chromosome samples were prepared by air-dried method. The results showed that there were 100 chromosomes in B. capito and its karyotype formula was 2n=16m+36sm+14st+34t, NF=152. It is considered that B. capito is likely to be tetraploid which has diploidization already, and originates from one of the primitive Barbinae fishes.
