猕猴桃溃疡病田间分布型分析-以“徐香”为例

Spatial Distribution Pattern of Kiwifruit Canker Disease on‘Xuxiang’in Field

摘要: 利用经典的聚集度指标法和回归分析法对猕猴桃溃疡病的空间分布型进行测定,以探明该病害的田间分布情况。结果表明:聚集度指标计算结果为C>1,I>0,m*/m>1,CA>0,K>0,说明猕猴桃溃疡病病株在大田呈聚集分布,分布的的基本形式为个体群。根据Iwao抽样模型,获得不同病情等级情形下猕猴桃溃疡病大田抽样的最适理论抽样数,大田抽样数量随着病情指数的增加而递减。“徐香”猕猴桃大田溃疡病的序贯抽样模型为,并由此确定了该病害抽样的最佳样方大小。上述研究可有效提高调查抽样的效率,为提高该病害的田间调查的准确性和制定有效的防治措施提供依据。

Abstract: In order to find out the distribution of kiwifruit canker disease in the field, the spatial distribution pattern of the disease was determined by classical aggregation index method and regression analysis method in this study. The results showed that the calculated results of aggregation index were C>1,I>0,m*/m>1,CA>0,K>0, which indicated that kiwifruit canker diseased plants showed aggregation distribution in the field, and the basic form of distribution was individual population. According to the Iwao’s model, the optimus theoretical sampling number for fild sampling of kiwifruit canker in different disease density was calculated. The sampling number negativel decreased with the diseas index increasing. The sequential sampling model was , and the optimum sampling square size was determined. The efficiency of investigation sampling was effectively improved through the above research courses.
