免疫胶体金技术及其应用研究进展

Immunocolloidal Gold Technology: Advances and Application

摘要: 免疫胶体金技术是以胶体金自身显色结合抗原抗体特异性反应而达到检测目的免疫标记技术。该技术操作简便,特异性强,近年来与拉曼光谱、荧光光谱等技术结合,得到了迅猛的发展。本文介绍了免疫胶体金技术的层析法、比浊法、斑点渗滤法,与新型技术结合等研究现状及其在药物残留等方面的应用及发展趋势。

Abstract: The immunocolloidal gold technique is a novel immunolabeling technique that combines the specific color reaction of colloidal gold with the specific reaction of antigen and antibody to achieve the purpose of detection. This technology is easy to operate and has high specificity. Recently, immunocolloidal gold technology has developed rapidly by combining with raman spectrum and fluorescence spectrum methods. In this article, we reviewed the researches on immunocolloidal gold chromatography, turbidimetry and speckle filtration technologies, the recent development of the immunocolloidal gold technique in combination with new technologies and its application in drug residue detecting, and discussed its advancing trend.
