Abstract: The construction of agricultural industrialization complex is one of the important means to promote rural revitalization, and plays an important role in realizing industrial prosperity, poverty alleviation and the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industry. This study summarizes the status of the construction of agricultural industrialization complex with its talent training, analyzes main challenges such as vague recognition, imperfect working mechanism and leadership system, rural financial dilemma needs to be solved urgently, a lag in the construction of rural talents system, and obvious obstacles to land issues. Then, we put forward countermeasures to support the construction of agricultural industrialization complex and its talent training, including building the top-level design, improving the financial service level, establishing the talent training system, and ensuring reasonable land needs for industry.
