Lycoris: A Review on Bulb Development Mechanism and Regulation

摘要:

石蒜属植物是一类兼具药用与观赏价值的鳞茎类植物,产业化开发潜力大,然而其鳞茎发育缓慢、繁殖效率低,严重制约了商业化的发展。本研究就石蒜属植物鳞茎膨大以及小鳞茎发生这两个过程中的生理机制和调控措施展开综述,重点分析这两个生物学过程中碳水化合物代谢以及内源激素调控的变化规律,总结了包括外施激素、施肥以及农艺措施等人为调控石蒜鳞茎发育的手段,指出了目前石蒜的基础研究薄弱,配套的产业技术体系不完善等问题,并提出未来可以从加强石蒜鳞茎发育的基础研究、摸索形成高效繁育技术体系和高效生态栽培技术体系、以及打造石蒜观赏药用一体化产业链等方面入手,加速石蒜产业化的发展。

Abstract:

Lycoris is a genus of plants with flowering bulbs that have high ornamental and medicinal value, with a great potential of industry development. However, the slow growth and low regeneration efficiency of their bulbs under natural condition severely restrict the development of Lycoris industry. This review analyzed the physiological mechanism and regulatory measures of bulb and bulblet development respectively, and focused on the changes of carbohydrate metabolism and endogenous hormone regulation during these two biological processes. It also summarized the regulatory measures of bulb development, including exogenous hormones application, fertilization, and agronomic measures. In addition, this review pointed out the weak basic research and the imperfect supporting industrial technology system during the development of Lycoris industry, and provided suggestions on accelerating the industry, including strengthening the basic research of bulb development, forming high-efficiency breeding and ecological cultivation technology system, and building integrated industrial chain for Lycoris bulbs.
