不同仿生栽培模式下铁皮石斛的品质与安全性分析

摘要:

考察不同仿生栽培模式下铁皮石斛的品质差异,以期筛选出适合‘明斛1号’的绿色、高产的仿生栽培模式。将‘明斛1号’分别在崖壁、梨树、仿生架上进行栽培,2年后检测3种石斛的农艺性状、产量、多糖含量、常规农药残留和重金属残留等,分析对比其差异性。株高、叶数、叶长、叶宽、鲜重、干重、多糖含量均为仿生架>树生>崖壁;叶厚、1年芽数、含水率均为树生>崖壁>仿生架;只有茎粗为树生>仿生架>崖壁,而叶绿素为崖壁>树生>仿生架。38个常规农药项目均未检出,8个常规重金属残留项目均未超过标准限定值。仿生架栽培是最适合‘明斛1号’的栽培模式,产量最高、多糖含量最高;3种石斛均对人体健康无风险,安全可食用。

Abstract:

The difference of quality of Dendrobium officinale ‘Minghu No.1’ in different bionic cultivation modes was investigated, so as to screen out a green and high-yield bionic cultivation mode suitable for D. officinale. D. officinale ‘Minghu No.1’ was cultivated on cliffs, pear trees and bionic frames, respectively. The agronomic characters, yield, polysaccharide content, conventional pesticide residues and heavy metal residues of the three kinds of ‘Minghu No.1’ were detected after two years cultivation, and their differences were compared and analyzed. The plant height, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, fresh weight, dry weight and polysaccharide content were in the order of bionic frames> pear trees> cliffs; the leaf thickness, one-year buds number and moisture content were in the order of pear trees> cliffs> bionic frames; only the stem thickness was pear trees> bionic frames> cliffs, while chlorophyll was cliffs> pear trees> bionic frames. None of the 38 conventional pesticide residue items were detected, and none of the 8 conventional heavy metal residue items exceeded the standard limit value. Bionic frame cultivation is the most suitable cultivation mode for ‘Minghu No.1’, with the highest yield and the highest polysaccharide content; all three kinds of ‘Minghu No.1’ cultivated in different bionic cultivation modes have no risk to human health and are safe to eat.
