摘要： 分析了中国的“三农”问题和农业职业教育面临的任务，提出农业职业教育要面向 “三农”，拓宽服务领域，通过改革创新，构建开放、灵活，多功能的现代农业职业教育体系，设置适应产业结构优化升级和人才需求新格局的专业，构筑协调知识能力素质，突出技术应用能力的人才培养模式，建设数量充足、结构合理、素质优良的师资队伍，建立适应市场经济的办学体制与运行机制，保证农业职业教育的可持续发展。

Abstract: Analyzing the problem of agriculture, rural and peasants and the task of agricultural vocational education, the author raises agricultural vocational education should widely serve to agriculture, rural and peasants, and reform and create for its sustainable development.
