摘要： 阐述了城市农业具有的经济功能、生态功能、社会功能和示范功能；提出了发展中国的城市农业的对策，即要正确确立城市农业的发展目标，科学编制城市农业的发展规划，充分发挥城市农业的经济功能，积极开发城市农业的生态与社会功能，切实加强土地管理和城市治理，大力开展城市农业的技术研究、推广与培训。

Abstract: The social, economic, ecological and demonstrates function of urban agriculture is discussed. The development measures of urban agriculture are raised, which are establishing right development target, setting up scientific development program, developing greatly economic function, exploring actively ecological and social function, enhancing the management of land and city, doing research, expansion and training of technique are needed to develop urban agriculture of our country.
