Abstract: In the 1990s, after having issued" agricultural law "in China, agricultural science and technology garden developed rapidly from little to old, from few to more, which have already developed into more than 4,000 now, become a file leader of agricultural modernization soldier. Agricultural science and technology garden have adjusted the agricultural structure, driven the transform of agricultural achievement and brought about an advance in regional economy. But it is becoming the important problem probed that how to make these scientific and technological gardens move towards the orbit of sustainable development of the health progressively. As to this, the thinking and discussion put forward are only true for everybody's reference and discussion.
