农业高等院校推广人员激励实践探索 ——以西北农林科技大学为例

摘要： 在当前社会发展的新形势下，通过构建激励机制，在更广大范围内、更深层次上调动教职工的积极性，是深化高校内部体制改革的根本指导思想。根据合校以来推广工作实践，总结了激励的基本内涵,分析了西北农林科技大学的科教优势,筛选了五种对推广人员的激励模式。可供决策部门参考。

Abstract: With the develop0ment of modern society forming on excitation system on larger scale ,thus stimulating the faculty has become the guiding ideology for inner system reform of higher school .According to the experience after the after amalgamation, this paper summarizes the connotation of Northwest A & F University, pats forward 5 models of excitation of expanding staff, providing advice for the decision-making departments.
