摘要： 从中国农村劳动力和西部农村劳动力转移的比较分析开始，论述了现阶段西部农村剩余劳动力的四个特点，同时对西部剩余劳动力转移过程中存在的问题做了三点分析，最后对西部剩余劳动力转移的措施和途径这一问题从全面实施西部大开发战略，加强东西部劳务协作等四个方面做出了解释。
