Abstract: According to analysis of Mount Tai sealwort wild resource and ecological environment, the soil of seed sprouting bed has been treated with 700 times mancozeb and phoxim powder 20g/m2 ,the seed germination rate and survival rate are up to 81% and 76% respectively. 600 times phoxim cooperate with 1000 times dipterex has been applied to control pest, and the effect can be up to 90%. while transplanting, it is better to apply mixed fertilizer with 6.0kg/m2, and the appropriate row spacing is 25cm, plant spacing is 15～20cm，the shading light should be 65% in the first year after transplanting. To gain good quality and high output, crude drugs of Mount Tai sealwort should be harvesting three years after transplanting, its output of dry product is up to 4410kg/hm2.
