金叶络石组培快繁技术体系的建立

摘要:

以金叶络石[Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishiki’]带腋芽的茎段为外植体,研究了植物生长调节剂种类及浓度对金叶络石组培苗增殖及生根的影响,建立金叶络石组培快繁技术体系。结果表明:金叶络石组培苗适宜继代增殖培养基为MS+ BA 3.0 mg ? L-1+NAA 0.05 mg?L-1,增殖系数为7.63;适宜生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.05mg?L-1,生根率达到95%以上,根数5.2,根长4.4 cm;采用‘塑料杯单株一步移栽技术’,移栽成活率97 %。

Abstract:

The axillary buds,as the explants ,were studied on plant growth regulator type and concentration for Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishiki’ multiplication and rooting of tissue culture,to establish tissue culture seedling’s propagation technology system. The results showed that: Trachelospermum asiaticum ‘Ougonnishiki’ suitable medium for multiplication is MS+ BA 3.0 mg ? L-1+NAA 0.05 mg?L-1,multiplication coefficient is 7.63; suitable rooting medium for rooting is 1/2MS+IBA 0.05mg?L-1 ,rooting rate is up to 95%,root number 5.2 ,root length 4.4 cm..To use‘plastic cup per plant transplanting technology one step’, transplant survival rate is 97%.
