Abstract:

From the angle of coordinating urban-rural development, this thesis studies on the new countryside-construction in plain lake area in Hunan, and helps to solve the problems in this area, such as the single agricultural structure, low income level, the increasingly-worsen countryside environment and so on. To realize sustainable development, it takes Yan Village at Datonghu area of Yi-yang City in Hunan as a study object of new countryside, based on the investigation, it makes a target decomposition for its own superiority and inferiority, applies a triune model of “production-life-ecology” planning theory, it emphasizes the study on introducing the agriculture pillar industry, improving the rural inhabitation environmental, developing village Argo-tourism, protecting the wet land in plain lake area and so on. In order to make a reference for similar new countryside-construction, it sums up new countryside-construction method which is suitable for this area.
