荧光定量PCR技术在禽病诊断中的应用

摘要:

为了解荧光定量PCR技术在禽病诊断中的应用情况。查阅近3年荧光定量PCR及其在禽病研究中的相关文献。结果表明,荧光定量PCR具有特异性强、灵敏度高、重复性好、定量准确、速度快、全封闭反应等优点,为禽病诊断技术提供了新的模式,成为当前禽病检测广泛采用的分子生物学诊断技术。实时荧光定量PCR技术在禽流感、鸭瘟、鹅细小病毒、鸭疫里默氏杆菌等禽病检测上的应用进行综述,以期为禽病的综合防控提供参考。

Abstract:

To understand the real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology in the diagnosis of avian disease, the past three years real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and related literature in research of avian disease were consulted. The results showed that molecular biology diagnostic techniques widely used in animal disease detections because of its specificity, sensitivity, reproducibility, quantity, rapid and capping. In this article, real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology on diagnosis of avian disease was reviewed.
