摘要：

本文首先根据产业链内涵，将茶叶产业链划分为种植环节、加工环节、流通环节与零售环节以及贯穿于这些环节的外部环境；然后在文献回顾的基础上，设计茶叶产业链运行绩效测量变量及其潜在影响因素；接着通过问卷调查收集收据，结合熵权法和多元线性回归分析法，识别安溪县茶叶产业链运行绩效的关键影响因素。

Abstract:

The paper firstly divides the tea industry chain into growing step, processing step, circulation step, retail step and external environment according to the connotation of the industry chain; and then on the base of the literature review, designing the measured variables of tea industry chain running performance and its potential factors; collecting data through questionnaire survey, combining entropy method and multiple linear regression analysis, identifying the key influential factors of the running performance of Anxi county tea industry chain.
