宅基地复垦设施袋培不同基质配方对甜瓜产量及品质影响

Effects of Different Substrates Formula on the Yield and Quality of Bag Culture Muskmelon in the Homestead Land Reclamation Installation

摘要:

针对宅基地复垦不宜耕土壤新建设施,在短时间内能够快速进行正常农业生产,试验采取了肥、水定量管理袋培方法。袋培基质是以草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩、农业废弃物为主要材料按比例混配成5种基质配方。研究了5种袋培基质的物理特性、pH、电导率、有机质和养分含量以及微生物、酶活性对甜瓜产量及品质影响,综合试验分析筛选出适宜袋培甜瓜生长的理想基质配方,草炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石∶农业有机废弃物比例为(1∶1∶1∶0.3)、(0.5∶1∶1∶0.4)。

Abstract:

Because the homestead reclamation land which in new installation were unsuitable for cultivation, to recovery it agricultural production ability as soon as possible, this study conducted a bag culture method to plant muskmelon under quantitative fertilizer and water management. The bag culture substrates were composed by peat, vermiculite, perlite and agricultural wastes in five volume ration. An experiment was conducted to study the effects of 5 substrates physical and chemical property, pH, conductivity, the content of organic matter and nutrient, microbial biomass and enzyme activities on muskmelon yield and quality. The results showed that the optimization substrates formula to culture muskmelon in bag was peat: perlite: vermiculite: agricultural wastes=1:1:1:0.3 and peat: perlite: vermiculite: agricultural wastes=0.5:1:1:0.4, while various factors above were considered comprehensively.
