牛心朴子提取物对小菜蛾的生物活性研究

Study on the Biological Activity of Extraction from Cynanchum komarovii against Plutella xylostella

摘要:

为将牛心朴子开发成低毒、高效的植物源农药。采用不同的活性测试方法研究了牛心朴子乙醇提取物对小菜蛾的触杀、胃毒、拒食和抑制生长发育活性,并对乙醇提取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物及生物碱3部分供试样品的触杀活性进行了对比。结果表明,牛心朴子乙醇提取物对小菜蛾3龄幼虫具有明显的触杀(Lc50=4.3048 mg/mL)、拒食和抑制生长发育活性,胃毒活性较弱。3部分供试样品的活性顺序为:生物碱(Lc50=2.9854 mg/mL)>乙醇提取物(Lc50=4.3048 mg/mL)>乙酸乙酯萃取物(Lc50=55.8676 mg/mL)。可见牛心朴子对小菜蛾具有显著的生物活性,其中生物碱的活性最高,因此将其开发作为植物源农药具有潜在的研究应用价值。

Abstract:

Aimed to develop Cynanchum komarovii into low toxicity and high effective plant pesticide, Contacting toxicity, stomach poisoning, antifeeding and inhibiting growth and development of ethanol extract from Cynanchum komarovii against 3th instar larvae of Plutella xylostella were tested, and the insecticidal activities of ethanol extract, ethyl acetate extract and alkaloids were compared. The results showed that ethanol extract possessed obvious contacting(Lc50=4.3048 mg/mL), antifeeding and growth inhibition effects against 3th instar larvae, the stomach toxicity was weak. The activity of three samples were alkaloids(Lc50=2.9854 mg/mL)>ethanol extract(Lc50=4.3048 mg/mL)>ethyl acetate extract(Lc50=55.8676 mg/mL). The study suggested that the Cynanchum komarovii had significant biological activities on Plutella xylostella and the part of alkaloids were highest,so it has potential research and application values as plant pesticide.
