Abstract: In order to protect and manage XPCC’agriculture intellectual properties more effectively, based on interview methods, the statement and problems of XPCC’agriculture intellectual properties were investigated. Following was the conclusion: the XPCC’protective ability on agriculture intellectual properties became more powerful. But some difficulties were still needed to resolve, such as the lower quantity and quality of properties, the difficulties in how to use properties, the deficiency of effective protective system and encouragement. By making the strategy of properties clearly, building the properties’protective institutions, strengthening law enforcement of the intellectual properties, carrying forward the construction of service system, and strengthening talents squad construction, the problems could be resolved effectively.
