响应面法优化葡萄枝条中多酚化合物提取条件的研究

摘要:

以冬季修剪的一年生葡萄枝条为试材,通过单因素实验和响应面分析法,考察提取温度、料液比和乙醇水溶液浓度对提取液中多酚含量的影响,优化提取条件。结果表明:采用溶剂提取法提取温度70℃、料液比1:16.5、乙醇水溶液浓度50%,在此条件下提取液中多酚实际含量可达14.126 mg/g。

Abstract:

The aim of this paper was to study the optimal extracting condition of polyphenols from grapevine cane pruned in winter. And the different extracting factors such as extracting temperature, ratio of solid to liquid and alcohol concentration were investigated by the single factor experiment and response surface analysis. The optimum extracting process of polyphenols from the grapevine cane was listed as follows: extracting temperature 70℃, ratio of solid to liquid 1:16.5,alcohol concentration 50%. The yield of polyphenols was found to be 14.126 mg/g.Key words: grapevine cane, polyphenosl, response surface methodology
