Abstract: The important point to completely a middle-class society in our country is to develop the villages. And its difficult point is how to increase the farmers’ income. To a great extent, it is decided by how to provide the service of agriculture technology for 800,000,000 farmers and how to promote bringing forth-new agriculture technology and how to convert achievements in scientific research into realistic productivity.
