盐胁迫对奇台红豆草种子的影响

摘要:试验以NaCl为胁迫因子,设置0 %、0.3 %、0.5 %、0.7 %、0.9 %、1.1%、1.3%、1.4%和1.5%九个盐浓度梯度,对奇台红豆草进行盐胁迫处理,通过测定发芽率、根长、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,研究盐胁迫对红豆草的影响。试验数据显示:随着盐浓度的增加,红豆草的发芽率逐渐降低,根长逐渐缩短,可溶性糖含量逐渐增加。盐浓度在1.4%时,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均达到最高。关键词:红豆草;盐胁迫;可溶性糖;丙二醛;脯氨酸

Abstract:

Abstract: The integrated salt tolerance of nine different concentrations of NaCl of Onobrychic vicaefolia,which was tested under 0%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7% ,0.9 %,1.1%,1.3%,1.4%和1.5% concentration of NaCl by measuring the germination rate of its seeds, root length, soluble sugar content, Proline content and MDA content of its plants. The results as follows: the germination was delayed in higher concentration of NaCl, and the root length was decreased. But the soluble sugar content was increased.The soluble sugar content, Proline content and MDA content reached maximum when the concentration of NaCl was 1.4%.
