Advance in transgenic edible vaccine

摘要:

利用植物生物反应器规模化生产的转基因可食疫苗成本低廉,免疫方便,应用前景广阔。随着鸡新城疫转基因可食疫苗的批准上市,转基因可食疫苗必将掀起新一轮的研究热潮。本文对转基因可食疫苗的研究策略、研究现状、存在问题作一综述。

Abstract:

Large-scale production of edible vaccine using transgenic plant bioreactor is cheap, convenient-immunity and promising application. Along with commercial approving of the Newcastle Disease Virus transgenic vaccine, transgenic plant edible vaccine will bring about a research booming. This paper describes the advantage, research strategy and current state of edible transgenic plant vaccine as well as the problems in research.
