摘要:

目前食品安全问题已经发展成为一个影响社会安定与和谐的潜在威胁,已经到了亟需解决和必须攻克的时刻。为寻求有效的食品安全问题解决措施,应用信息不对称、“柠檬”市场、博弈论、交易费用等经济学理论开展了深入的理论分析,剖析了当前食品行业频繁出现质量安全问题的深层理论原因及其成因,并提出了一系列具有针对性的对策建议。

Abstract:

At present, the food safety problem has developed into one potential threaten for the social stability which is prerequisite to be solved immediately. In order to seek for the solving measures for food safety problem, based on the theories of information asymmetry, lemon market, game theory and transaction cost theory, does the theories analysis, analyzes the theories reasons for the continuous food safety problems, and puts forward the corresponding policies advice.
