杏鲍菇生长模拟模型研究

Study on the Developmental Simulation Model of Pleurotus eryngii

摘要:

为了实现杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)的优质高产,采集了设施栽培条件下杏鲍菇生长发育各时期的温度、湿度、CO2浓度及子实体形态等数据,采用生长度日法对杏鲍菇的生长模型进行研究,依次建立了杏鲍菇子实体长度的生长变化模型和杏鲍菇子实体菌盖的生长变化模型,分别为Weibull函数 (R=0.9990), (R=0.9989),通过对观测实际值与数据模型模拟值进行验证,表明上述生长模型能够真实反映杏鲍菇的生长特性;同时,研究结果表明杏鲍菇子实体长度和菌盖生长发育基本上符合“S”型曲线生长规律,子实体生长属于有限生长型。

Abstract:

So as to increase yield and improve quality of Pleurotus eryngii, the study was performed for constructing growth model of P. eryngii by the method of growing degree days. Large amount of data were collected, including temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration and morphological data of fruit body under facility cultivation condition. By investigating the collected data, virtual dynamic growth models for the cap diameter and fruit body length were constructed, and were verified by experimental data. It was indicated that Weibull function (R=0.9990)and (R=0.9989) had the best fitting performance, and could reflect growth characteristics of P. eryngii. Furthermore, it was found that, the growth of fruit body length and cap of P. eryngii basically fit single S growth curve, and the growth of fruit body was finite.
