新疆玛纳斯河流域棉蚜抗药性测定

Detection on the Resistance of Aphis gossypii Glover to Insecticide in the Manas River Basin of Xinjiang

摘要:

为了研究新疆玛纳斯河流域棉蚜的抗药性现状,利用吡虫啉、吡蚜酮、阿维菌素、高效氯氰菊酯和高效氯氟氰菊酯5种杀虫剂对新疆玛纳斯河流域的122团、143团、145团、147团、新湖农场等5个试验点的棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glover)种群采用FAO推荐的浸渍法进行了抗性测定,并与敏感棉蚜的测定结果进行比较。结果表明,玛纳斯河流域棉蚜种群对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数为4.54~9.04,对高效氯氟氰菊酯抗性倍数为8.56~9.07,对吡虫啉的抗性倍数为2.32~3.6,对吡蚜酮的抗性倍数为1.37~1.57、对阿维菌素的抗性倍数为1.12~1.31,表明利用菊酯类农药防治棉蚜可能加快棉蚜产生抗药性。

Abstract:

To study the resistance status of aphid from the Manas River, the resistance of Aphis gossypii collected from five locations of Manas River Basin, including 122 farm, 143 farm, 145 farm,147 farm, Xinhu farm to imidacloprid, pymetrozine, abamectin, beta-cypermethrin, lambda-cyhalothrin were determined for the dipping method recommended by FAO. The results indicated that the resistance of aphid populations from the Manas River basin to beta-cypermethrin was 4.54-9.04 fold, to lambda-cyhalothrin was 8.56-9.07 fold, to imidacloprid was 2.32~3.6 fold, to pymetrozine was1.37-1.57 fold, to abamectin was 1.12-1.31.The use of pyrethroid pesticides to control aphid may accelerate the development of resistance.
