内源激素与油菜生长发育的研究进展

摘要: 油菜的生长发育过程受内源激素的调控,花芽发育方面,主要是赤霉素扮演了促进花芽分化的重要角色;在雄性不育特性方面,生长素、细胞分裂素和脱落酸有重要作用;在角果和种子发育方面,生长素与库强度紧密相关,细胞分裂素水平部分地决定了最终角果数目,同时脱落酸与种子成熟有关;在种子休眠方面,内源脱落酸的含量与油菜种子的休眠有关。笔者主要从油菜生长发育的这几个方面对油菜内源激素的研究作一概述。

Abstract: The development of rapeseed is regulated by endogenous phytohormones. Gibberellins play important roles in the floral initiation. Auxin, cytokinin and abscisic acid contents also affect male sterility. In the development of pods and seeds, auxin level is closely related to sink strength, cytokinin level partly determines the final pod number, abscisic acid level is related to seed maturation. During dormancy of seeds, abscisic acid plays an important part. In this paper, the research progresses on the effects of endogenous phytohormones to the development in rapeseed were reviewed.
