喀斯特温和气候区半夏优化栽培模式研究

The study on the optimum model for the cultivation of Pinellia ternata in warm climates of Karst

摘要:

通过不同栽培密度及有机肥、氮肥、磷肥施用量对半夏产量和总生物碱含量的影响研究,为制定半夏高产优质栽培措施提供依据。采用四因子五水平二次回归旋转组合设计方法进行试验,采用重量法测定半夏总生物碱含量。结果表明,四个试验因子对半夏块茎产量影响的重要程度依次为种植密度>施N量>有机肥施用量>施P2O5量。建立了各因素与半夏块茎产量的数学模型,通过对模型解析和模拟寻优,提出半夏块茎产量 1500g/m2和半夏块茎产量≥1750g/m2的优化栽培方案。在半夏栽培中,密度及有机肥、氮肥、磷肥施用量应控制在一定合理范围,才有利于半夏产量的提高及总生物碱的积累。

Abstract:

Effect of planting density and fertilizer application on Pinellia ternate yield and total alkaloids was studied in order to provide basis for Pinellia ternate high-yield and good-quality cultivation measure.4 factors and 5 levels quadratic regression universal rotatory experimental design method was adopted to carry out field trials. Gravimetric method was used to determine total alkaloids,content. The results indicated that the four experimental factors effect on the tuber of Pinellia ternate yield was: planting density> application of N >application of organic fertilizer> application of P2O5.Set up mathematics model between every factors and the tuber of Pinellia ternate yield. By simulated test and optimality selection, we put forward cultivation techniques program(the tuber of Pinellia ternate yield 1500g/m2,the tuber of Pinellia ternate yield 1750g/m2).During Pinellia ternate cultivation, density, application of organic fertilizer, nitrogenous fertilizer and phosphorus should be kept within reasonable limits, which was beneficial to Pinellia ternate yield improvement and total alkaloids accumulation.
