摘要：

为分析猪圆环病毒2型（PCV2）对伪狂犬病弱毒苗（PRV）免疫反应的影响，用real-time PCR技术检测了仔猪外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）体外单接种和共接种PCV2与PRV后调节性细胞因子IL-4、IL-10、IL-12p40及IFN-γ的mRNA表达水平。结果表明，PRV能引起IL-4、IL-12p40与IFN-γ的mRNA表达上调，PCV2能引起IL-4、IL-10与IL-12p40的mRNA表达上调；而且，PCV2能抑制PRV诱导IL-4、IL-12p40及IFN-γ的mRNA表达上调，其中对IFN-γ mRNA表达的抑制效果最为显著（P<0.05），提示PCV2可能会对PRV的细胞免疫反应产生不利影响。

Abstract:

To explore the effect of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) on the immune response of attenuated pseudorabies vaccine (PRV), peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of a piglet were experimentally inoculated with PCV2 and PRV alone or in combination, respectively. The mRNA level of regulatory cytokines including IL-4, IL-10, IL-12p40 and IFN-γ in piglet PBMCs at different hours post inoculation were quantitatively measured by real-time PCR method. The results showed that there was up-regulation of the mRNA expression of IL-4, IL-12p40 and IFN-γ induced by PRV, IL-4, IL-10 and IL-12p40 induced by PCV2, respectively. Moreover, the up-regulation of IL-4, IL-12p40 and IFN-γ mRNA expression induced by PRV was repressed in presence of PCV2, and the repression effect of IFN-γ mRNA expression was significant (P<0.05). The results revealed that PCV2 could induce the detrimental effect on the cell-mediated immune response of PRV.
