Abstract: Analyzed the form of rural collective land conversion in Rongchang of Chongqing, based on the theory that the grade of rural collective land depend on the location and income, and then divide rural collective land into four grades. Calculated land conversion price (the compensation standard for settling down) using income reducing process, and on the basis of the form of rural collective land conversion, determined the distribution principle of income, the payment standard of income and appreciation income of land conversion in this county. The result showed that, the higher the grade, the higher the conversion price; the form of rural collective land conversion is different; the payment standard of income is different. The result can provide a basis of how to determine the form and price of rural collective land conversion reasonably.
