摘要：

阐述了油脂的合成途径，重点归纳了油菜种子含油量及重要脂肪酸（包括油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸和芥酸）的分子标记及QTL定位。总结了分子标记技术在油菜遗传图谱构建、重要性状的基因定位、油菜遗传多样性与种质资源评价及油菜分子标记辅助选择中的应用。最后提出需要进一步研究和解决的问题，并做了展望。

Abstract:

Lipid biosynthesis pathway was mentioned, and the related molecular markers and QTL mapping for oil content and some important fatty acids (including oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and erucic acid) were summarized. The applications of molecular marker technologies in the construction of rapeseed genetic linkage map, gene location of important traits, genetic diversity, germplasm resource evaluation and molecular marker assist selection were discussed. At last, some problems and the prospect were provided.
